Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Executive Chef to join our team at Jubilant Foodworks Limited, responsible for overseeing the culinary operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing kitchen staff and ensuring high-quality food production.

Roles and Responsibility

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the kitchen team to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
Develop and implement menus catering to diverse tastes and dietary requirements.
Conduct regular inspections to maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and hygiene.
Manage inventory of ingredients, supplies, and equipment to minimize waste and optimize resources.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer feedback.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
Strong knowledge of food safety protocols, menu planning, and inventory management.
Excellent leadership and communication skills to motivate and manage a team.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Strong problem-solving skills to resolve issues related to food quality, safety, or service.
