Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Jubilant Foodworks Limited. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the culinary industry, with 10-12 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure high-quality food production.
Develop and implement menus catering to diverse tastes and dietary requirements.
Supervise and train junior staff members to maintain excellent customer service standards.
Maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies, ensuring minimal waste and optimal costs.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a reputable establishment.
Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and menu planning.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams.
Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences and exceeding expectations.
