Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to scholars, researchers, and institutions to introduce R&D and academic services
  • Generate leads and convert inquiries into business opportunities
  • Understand client research requirements and explain how services can support academic and industrial projects
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and follow-ups
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business
  • Work closely with R&D and sales teams to achieve growth targets
  • Provide client feedback to improve services and offerings

Required Skills:

  • Strong verbal communication and client engagement skills.
  • Good persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building ability.
  • Knowledge of academic and research processes will be an added advantage.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
