Job Description

Role & responsibilities Handle MIS, New Store Performance Review & P&L for existing Portfolio Supporting Regional lead / BD Manager with executing various activities with cross functions and external stake holders Handling Renewal of existing stores including negotiation if required Presentation of site feasibility package to Regional / BD Manager Business Development Work on completing due diligence and legal agreements of deals Asset management - Resolve any landlord related issues for operational stores in the territory Desired Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Strong understanding of real estate market trends, property valuation, and lease negotiation principles Excellent negotiation and deal-making abilities, with a proven track record of closing profitable lease/rental agreements Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, cost analysis, and ROI assessment. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to engage with landlords, brokers, and internal stakeholder Resilience and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with a results-oriented mindset.
