Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
- Identify potential clients through research, networking, cold calling, and online platforms.- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of new business opportunities.Client Communication:
- Initiate contact with prospective customers.- Present company services/products clearly and persuasively.- Maintain regular follow-up with potential and existing clients.
Sales Strategy Execution:
- Understand market trends and competitor offerings.- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets.Product Knowledge:
- Stay updated with product features, pricing, and value propositions.- Provide product demonstrations or presentations when required.Proposal and Negotiation:
- Prepare customized proposals, quotations, and agreements.- Negotiate terms and close deals professionally.CRM and Reporting:
- Update and maintain client records in the CRM system.- Submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and performance updates to management.Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing, operations, and support teams to ensure client satisfaction.- Share market feedback and suggestions for product/service improvement.Target Achievement:
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.- Continuously work on improving conversion rates and overall business growth.Skills Required:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Persuasive and goal-oriented mindset- Negotiation and problem-solving abilities- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools- Time management and organizational skills
