Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential clients, including PhD scholars and academic professionals, to promote research assistance services.- Understand client requirements related to research topics, thesis writing, paper publication, and academic projects.- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and effective communication.- Explain company services and benefits clearly to prospective clients to drive conversions.- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including research and support, to ensure client satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver proposals tailored to client needs.- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and sales progress in the CRM system.- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
