Job Description

As a Digitalization Applications Specialist based in Mumbai, your role involves leading and actively participating in creating market demand for the Digitalization product portfolio across various industries. You will be responsible for establishing technical credibility and engaging in discussions with key decision makers. Your key responsibilities include: - Providing technical guidance and ensuring alignment between business requirements and use cases. - Planning and executing configuration activities as per design requirements, conducting demos, POCs, and resolving queries to successfully close pursuits. - Promoting Digitalization solutions in various industries, conceptualizing solutions, designing Industrial IoT projects, and supporting proposal development. - Leading small projects, contributing to unit-level and organizational initiatives, and designing measurable go-to-market activities aligned with business objectives. - Coaching regional sales teams on technical enablement and value discovery methods, while demonstrating progressive leadership throughout the solution delivery life cycle. You must possess the following skills and competencies: - Industrial Software/Embedded/Application Architect Tech experience, especially in IT/OT integration (Advance level). - Ability to handle executive-level customer interactions (Expert level). - Proficiency in innovation processes, understanding customer requirements, and developing new concepts (Basic to Advance level). With over 7 years of industry experience, including a minimum of 3 years in the Industrial Internet of Things domain, you should be a techno-functional expert in software product promotion, microservices, cloud enablement, and platform design. Experience in Software Product Management, Engineering Management, and Platform Architecture is desired, with a track record of delivering large-scale transformations. Knowledge of Cross-Platform Architecture in the Industrial IoT space, platforms like AWS, Azure IoT Hub, PTC ThingWorx, and MindSphere, IoT Protocols (MQTT, AMQP, CoAP), OT Protocols (such as Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP, IEC 104), API, Web Service, and ability to work in an innovative and dynamic environment are essential. Your educational background should include a BE/B.Tech in Information Technology, Electrical/Electronics, Instrumentation or Automation Engineering, or Process Engineering. An interest in IT Technologies, Manufacturing, IoT, and Industry 4.0 themes is crucial for this role. Travel across India may be required, and strong communication, presentation, and CRM skills are a must-have.,
