Job Description

The Executive Brand Management position at ASSA ABLOY Opening Solutions India Pvt Ltd in Mumbai falls under the Marketing department and reports to the Head of Marketing. This role does not have any supervisory responsibilities and does not manage any direct reports. The region of focus for this role is SAARC. As an Executive Brand Manager, your primary responsibility is to develop a consistent brand identity for the company and enhance its online presence. You will be tasked with overseeing marketing strategies to effectively engage customers and maintain a positive perception of the company and its products or services. Your duties will include developing content strategies, managing a content team, creating content for brand campaigns on social media or magazines, and ensuring brand consistency across different functions. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with business goals. - Oversee the creation and production of marketing materials while adhering to brand guidelines. - Coordinate external agencies and vendors for brand-related projects. - Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners. - Plan and execute brand campaigns, events, promotions, and sponsorships to enhance brand visibility. - Proofread content, prepare project calendars, manage briefing documentation, and supervise external creative content providers. Skills Required: - Strong understanding of marketing principles, branding concepts, and consumer behavior. - Attention to detail and accuracy. - Professional time, cost, and deadline management. - Proven track record in managing and executing successful brand campaigns. - Creative thinking and problem-solving skills. Education & Experience: - Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing or related field. - 4-6 years of experience in brand management, campaign planning, and execution. - Preferably from a B2C industry or marketing agencies. Additional Information: - Flexibility in working hours and willingness to travel if required.
