You will play a key role in driving influencer-led brand campaigns by identifying, onboarding, and engaging influencers aligned with the brands objectives. Your responsibilities will include maintaining strong relationships with influencers, managing a comprehensive influencer database, collaborating with agencies to expand influencer networks, and overseeing the smooth execution of influencer campaigns to ensure timelines and brand goals are met. Additionally, you will assist in tracking campaign metrics, analyzing performance, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution. - Assist in identifying and onboarding influencers aligned with the brands objectives - Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers for long-term engagement - Collaborate with agencies to expand influencer networks and negotiate partnerships - Support the team in coordinating product dispatch, packaging, and logistics for influencer collaborations - Track basic campaign metrics and performance, assisting in post-campaign analysis and reporting - Coordinate with internal teams (creative, content, social media, sales) to ensure campaigns run seamlessly - Adhere to campaign timelines and budgets, tracking deliverables efficiently You are someone with 03 years of experience in influencer marketing, brand marketing, or social media marketing, with a passion for influencer collaborations and digital storytelling. Your excellent communication, relationship management skills, organizational abilities, and familiarity with social media platforms, content trends, and influencer tools will be key to your success in this role.
