Role & Responsibilities

ü Responsible for managing banking relationships with corporate and business clients.

ü Acts as the primary contact for companies regarding their banking needs and financial services.

ü Understands client requirements and recommends suitable banking products and solutions.

ü Manages services related to current accounts, payments, collections, and digital banking platforms.

ü Coordinates with internal teams for working capital loans, term loans, trade finance, and cash management services.

ü Ensures accurate documentation, KYC compliance, and adherence to regulatory guidelines.

ü Monitors client account activities to identify risks, issues, or opportunities for additional services.

ü Supports clients in the smooth execution of fund transfers, RTGS/NEFT payments, and collection processes.

ü Builds strong and long-term relationships with corporate customers.

ü Identifies new business opportunities and contributes to corporate banking revenue growth.

ü Works closely with relationship managers, credit teams, and operations to deliver timely service.

ü Resolves client queries and escalations promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.

ü Prepares periodic reports, maintains records, and supports audit and compliance activities.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent

· Proficient in managing accounting software

· Fresher can also apply

· Good team player

· High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
