Job Description

We are looking for energetic and detail-oriented Executive-level professionals to support various internal departments including Back Office Operations, Documentation, and Sales Coordination.
This role is ideal for fresh graduates or postgraduates who are eager to begin their career in a dynamic and fast-growing organization.

The Executive will be responsible for handling day-to-day operational tasks, documentation, data management, and coordination activities to ensure smooth business functioning.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Back Office Operations

  • Assist in day-to-day administrative and operational work.
  • Prepare, maintain, and update internal trackers, reports, and databases.
  • Manage data entry, record keeping, and file management.
  • Coordinate with different departments for collecting and sharing required information.

2. Documentation Preparation

  • Prepare and manage documents, letters, reports, agreements, and proposals.
  • Maintain accuracy and completeness of all documentation.
  • Ensure proper filing and digital archiving of documents for easy retrieval.
  • Assist in compliance-related paperwork and audit documentation.

3. Sales Coordination Support

  • Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and client communication.
  • Prepare quotations, sales documents, and follow up on pending inquiries.
  • Maintain customer databases, sales trackers, and CRM entries.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, MIS reports, and sales performance summaries.

4. Communication & Coordination

  • Liaise with internal teams for timely completion of tasks.
  • Communicate with clients/vendors as required for follow-ups and documentation.
  • Support the department head in scheduling meetings, preparing minutes, and handling operational tasks.

Candidate Profile:

  • Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
  • Fresh graduates from any Stream (B.Com,BBA,BA,BSC,etc.)
  • Postgraduates preferred (MBA, M.Com, MA, etc.)
  • Basic computer and office management skills are essential.
  • Analytical thinking and willingness to learn.

0–2 years of experience (freshers welcome).

  • Internship experience in admin, sales support, back office, or documentation roles will be an added advantage.
  • Proactive attitude and good interpersonal skills.
