As an Executive Associate to Founders, you will work closely with the leadership team, providing high-level support across operations, and execution. This role is a unique opportunity to gain a 360° view of building and scaling a startup while contributing directly to its success.

Role Overview

The Executive Associate will serve as a trusted partner to the Founders, driving critical initiatives, managing cross-functional operations, and ensuring smooth execution of key priorities. This position requires a proactive, resourceful, and highly organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic & Founder Support

  • Work directly with the founders on operations, and execution.
  • Conduct market research, prepare reports, and present insights to guide key initiatives.
  • Manage special projects and track progress on organizational priorities.

2. Partnerships Management

  • Identify, evaluate, and establish strategic partnerships that accelerate growth.
  • Manage ongoing relationships and ensure delivery on commitments.

3. GCM Operations Management

  • Oversee day-to-day functioning of Geriatric Care Managers (GCMs).
  • Ensure adherence to processes, quality standards, and timely resolution of issues.

4. Care Coordination

  • Facilitate seamless communication between families, caregivers, and healthcare providers.
  • Anticipate challenges and ensure continuity of care services.

5. Customer Success & Experience

  • Take ownership of client satisfaction and handle escalations with empathy.
  • Design and implement processes to enhance client retention and referrals.

What We’re Looking For

  • Based in Bangalore, with flexibility to travel as required.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and people management skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities.
  • Proactive problem-solver who can work independently with minimal guidance.
  • Prior experience in healthcare, partnerships, or customer-facing roles is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
