Female Geriatric Care Managers

Role Overview: You will be a Personal Care Manager at Citraverse, responsible for providing personalized care and companionship to elderly individuals in the comfort of their homes. Key Responsibilities: - Provide personal care assistance to elderly clients, including bathing, grooming, dressing, diaper change, and toilet needs. - Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed. - Administer medication according to prescribed schedules and instructions. - Assist with feeding. - Engage clients in meaningful activities and companionship to promote social interaction and mental stimulation (e.g., gardening, reading, music, stimulation games). - Maintain a safe, clean, and hygienic environment for clients, ensuring their comfort and well-being at all times. - Monitor and report any changes in clients" health or behavior to the designated care coordinator. - Accompany clients on outings and medical appointments. - Engage clients in conversations and walks. - Provide massage therapy and assist clients in physical therapy exercises. - Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals, family members, and other caregivers to ensure coordinated care delivery. - Update the daily care plan in the platform. - Identify red flags and inform the healthcare provider/family. Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in personal care assistance or a related field. - Ability to provide compassionate care to elderly individuals. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Knowledge of medication administration procedures. - Ability to maintain a safe and hygienic environment for clients. - Familiarity with engaging clients in activities for social interaction and mental stimulation. - Collaboration skills to work effectively with healthcare professionals, family members, and caregivers. - Ability to identify and report changes in clients" health or behavior.
