Job Description: As a Personal Care Manager at Citraverse, you will play a pivotal role in providing personalized care and companionship( 24/7 )to elderly individuals in the comfort of their homes. Responsibilities: · Provide personal care assistance to elderly clients, including bathing, grooming, dressing, Diaper change and toilet needs. · Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed. · Administer medication according to prescribed schedules and instructions. · Assist with feeding if required. · Engage clients in meaningful activities and companionship to promote social interaction and mental stimulation. (Gardening, Reading, Music, Stimulation games etc) · Maintain a safe, clean and hygienic environment for clients, ensuring their comfort and well-being at all times. · Monitor and report any changes in clients' health or behavior to the designated care coordinator. · Accompanying clients on outings and medical appointments. · Engaging clients in conversing and walks. · Massage therapy and assist clients in physical therapy exercises. · Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals, family members, and other caregivers to ensure coordinated care delivery. · Update daily care plan in the platform. · Identify red flags and inform the healthcare provider/family. Role Overview The Executive Associate will serve as a trusted partner to the Founders, driving critical initiatives, managing cross-functional operations, and ensuring smooth execution of key priorities. This position requires a proactive, resourceful, and highly organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic & Founder Support Work directly with the founders on operations, and execution. Conduct market research, prepare reports, and present insights to guide key initiatives. Manage special projects and track progress on organizational priorities. 2. Partnerships Management Identify, evaluate, and establish strategic partnerships that accelerate growth. Manage ongoing relationships and ensure delivery on commitments. 3. GCM Operations Management Oversee day-to-day functioning of Geriatric Care Managers (GCMs).
