Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Jaipur for an Executive Assistant to the owner. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, managing expense reports, offering executive support, facilitating communication, and providing general administrative assistance as needed.

Work Experience

• Should have 3-5 years of experience as an assistant or secretary to the MD of a company.

Qualifications

• Graduated from a secretarial college or equivalent degree/ experience

Skills

• EXCELLENT FOLLOW UP SKILLS

• Strong communication skills, Excellent organizational skills
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel with formulas

Other Requirement

• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Experience in managing expense reports and providing administrative assistance
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
