Leading Industrial oil and lubricants manufacturing company requires Executive Assistant to MD- -BANDRA West ( Mumbai)

We are looking out for Executive Assistant to MD for Bandra - West office in mumbai


JOB DESCRIPTION

Designation - Executive Assistant to MD

 

Experience - OVER 6 years as an EA

 

Job locations- Bandra- West @Mumbai

 

Joining- maximum 15 days or less

Responsibilities

-Manage and maintain executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
-Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.). -Prepare reports, presentations, and data, as well as maintain files, records, and correspondence for meetings. -Attend meetings and take minutes, ensuring that executives are well-prepared for meetings. -Coordinate and liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders. -Assist with the preparation and maintenance of the office budget. -Order and manage office supplies and equipment as needed.

Qualifications

-Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.

-At least 3-5 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

-Strong organizational and time-management skills.

-Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

-Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus.
