EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO MD

JOB DESCRIPTION

1.Administrative & Executive Support

• Manage the MD’s calendar, appointments, and meetings.
• Draft, review, and manage correspondence, presentations, and reports.
• Maintain and organize confidential files and records.
• Ensure the MD is well-prepared for all meetings and events.

2. Communication & Coordination

• Act as a liaison between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
• Handle calls, emails, and inquiries on behalf of the MD.
• Coordinate with department heads to ensure timely submission of reports and updates.
• Facilitate smooth communication across teams.

3. Strategic & Business Support

• Assist the MD in monitoring business operations and strategic initiatives.
• Conduct research and prepare briefing notes, market insights, and business updates.
• Support in decision-making by providing well-organized data and analysis.
• Track and follow up on action points from meetings.

4. Confidentiality & Professionalism

• Maintain discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
• Represent the MD in a professional manner at all times.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration/Management /FOOD INDUSTRY preferred).
• NO ONE WITH HR DEGREE PREFERRED .
• Proven experience as EA/PA to senior management or leadership role.
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
