Job Description

Experience EA required . Minimum experience 5 years as EA.

Executive Assistant cum Back Office Administration. Main Tasks include - Responding to e-mails, collecting information, record keeping, analysis and preparation of different reports and their presentation as and when required. Will be responsible for coordinating meetings / engagement schedules; liaise with concerned persons internally; and outside agencies and attend to visitors. Strong follow-up skills, calendar management, travel arrangements, meeting scheduling.

Plan, direct, coordinate, collaborate all activities on behalf of Director. Organize and prioritize critical issues and required information. Assess inquiries directed to the Director, determine the proper course of action, and delegate to the appropriate individual to manage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
