You will also interact with clients and stakeholders, scheduling meetings and events to meet their needs and organizing corporate events, conferences, and client meetings. Market research tasks will involve conducting research on market trends, competitors, and industry developments. You will prepare and present reports on business performance, market analysis, and other relevant topics. Maintaining confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information and legal documentation will be crucial aspects of your role. Support for trading activities will involve assisting in the preparation and processing of trade-related documents, coordinating with trading teams for smooth operations, and managing communication with suppliers, buyers, and logistics partners. Proficiency in software tools like Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and trading platforms, as well as organizing and maintaining electronic files and databases, will be necessary for technology and systems management.
