Role Summary:
Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Founder, ensuring smooth daily operations and enabling the Founder to focus on strategic priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the Founder’s calendar, travel, and correspondence.
Prepare meeting briefs and documentation.
Track deadlines and commitments for the Founder.
Handle both professional and occasional personal errands.
Qualifications:
4–6 years in executive assistance or administrative roles.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
High discretion and ability to handle sensitive information.
Tech-savvy with proficiency in scheduling and productivity tools.
