Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Manage executives’ calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements. Prepare, edit, and review reports, presentations, and correspondence. Coordinate meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-ups. Assist in project management and track progress on key initiatives. Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion. Liaise with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders on behalf of executives. Support daily administrative operations, including expense reports and document management. Anticipate needs of executives and provide proactive solutions. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) or Google Workspace. Attention to detail and ability to multitask. Problem-solving mindset with initiative and adaptability. Professionalism and discretion in handling confidential matters. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. 1 /2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting senior management. Experience in coordinating meetings, travel, and office operations
