Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Executive Assistant to support the Directors in administrative, coordination, and communication-related activities. The candidate must have experience working with senior management, preferably in the real estate sector. The role involves managing schedules, preparing documents, handling communication, and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning for the Directors.

Key Responsibilities:Daily Coordination & Follow-ups:

  • Manage the Directors’ daily schedules, appointments, and tasks.
  • Perform consistent follow-ups with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate meetings, calls, and work-related updates.

Minutes, Documentation & Communication:

  • Prepare and circulate Minutes of Meeting (MoM).
  • Draft letters, emails, reports, and presentations as required.
  • Maintain documentation, communication logs, and official records.

Travel & Logistics Management:

  • Arrange travel tickets, hotel bookings, and itinerary planning.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and business travel.

Stakeholder Communication:

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
  • Act as the first point of contact and gatekeeper for the Directors.
  • Communicate confidently with clients, partners, and vendors.

Research & Reporting:

  • Conduct research and compile data for business decisions.
  • Prepare summaries, analysis, and executive-level reports.

General Administrative Support:

  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care.
  • Support Directors in daily operations, tasks, and priorities.
  • Ensure timely completion of assigned work and task follow-through.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Strong follow-up ability and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Shorthand knowledge (preferred, not mandatory).
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities.
  • Professional grooming, presentation, and etiquette.
  • High level of confidentiality and responsibility.

Qualifications:

  • Graduation (Any stream).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Secretary to MD/Director.
  • Real estate industry experience preferred.
  • Female candidates below 30 years.
  • Immediate joiner preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
