About Us

speakeasy Berlin and GfW Weiterbildung are leading providers of language education and vocational training in Germany. With a strong focus on innovation, quality, and international cooperation, we are continuously expanding our reach beyond borders. Together, we are now preparing the launch of a new strategic initiative in India, aimed at building long-term, sustainable partnerships and impactful educational solutions.

About The Project

We are currently expanding our international activities and preparing to launch a new initiative with a strong focus on sustainable growth and cross-border collaboration. As part of this development, we are looking for 1–2 entrepreneurial and reliable individuals based in India who are motivated to co-create and grow a meaningful, long-term project with us.

Your role

  • Organize transportation (taxi, private car, etc.) and accompany on local visits
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, tours, and appointments
  • Help in recruiting staff and managing local HR service providers
  • Research local vendors, office spaces, legal or administrative support
  • Assist in setting up a business location (office, studio, etc.)
  • Interpret/translate (if needed) between English and Tamil
  • Provide general local guidance and cultural mediation
  • Be available for daily support and logistical problem-solving

Your profile

  • Fluent in English and Tamil
  • Good organizational and communication skills
  • Experience in assisting foreigners or expats (preferred)
  • Comfortable with online tools (WhatsApp, email, basic Excel/Google Docs)
  • Discretion, reliability, and proactive mindset
