Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Develop dashboards and reports to present actionable insights to management
Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities in retail broking business
Collaborate with IT and business teams to automate data improve data quality.
Conduct competitor and market analysis to support strategic planning.
Use analytics and data mining techniques to solve complex problem and drive business decisions.
Ability to handle very large, unstructured, and multi-dimensional data sets.
Support business team on various requirement through data analytics
Preparing & sharing periodic MIS to business with meaningful insight
Preparing & presenting business review deck with meaningful insight on various business parameter
Preparing business KRAs & tracking them closely
Responsible for business payout like contest, vendor, incentive etc.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong proficiency in data analytics tools like
SQL (Must)
, Power query, Excel , Python/R and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
Knowledge of financial markets,
Understanding of broking business metrics
Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
