Job Description

As an Executive Assistant in the Modular Furniture Manufacturing industry located in Hitech City Road, Hyderabad, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive support to senior management. Your proactive and detail-oriented approach will be vital in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: - Manage daily schedules, appointments, and meetings for senior management. - Handle correspondence, documentation, and communication with internal teams and external stakeholders. - Maintain records, reports, and filing systems. - Coordinate travel arrangements, events, and logistics. - Assist with day-to-day operational and administrative tasks. - Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information. Qualifications Required: - Female candidates only. - Graduate in any discipline (preferred). - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. - Prior experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role will be an advantage.
