• Take complete ownership of assigned topics and execute independently
• Keep work moving while the Chairman is travelling or in meetings
• Drive vendors, projects, and internal teams

  without reminders

• Organise accurate travel and travel with the Chairman when required
• Convert discussions, data, and reviews into

  clear outputs

  (notes, slides, recommendations)
• Support key hiring and departmental reviews when needed

• You have worked closely with a

  Founder / Promoter / Chairman

• You are comfortable with

  pressure, ambiguity, and direct feedback

• You think in

  outcomes, not effort

• You don’t wait to be told what to do next

• Secretarial profiles
• Admin-only or MIS-only roles
• Anyone uncomfortable with urgency, ownership, or accountability
