Executive Assistant and Relationship Manager

As an experienced and dynamic Executive Assistant and Relationship Manager, you will be supporting our CEO in the banking or investment industry. With over 10 years of relevant experience, you will be responsible for managing schedules, meetings, and calls with US-based clients and stakeholders. Your exceptional communication skills will be crucial in coordinating and facilitating interactions between the CEO and internal/external parties. Your key responsibilities will include managing the CEO's calendar, organizing meeting agendas, handling confidential information discreetly, and assisting in report and presentation preparation. Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients, partners, and key contacts will also be a significant part of your role. During meetings, your administrative support will involve taking minutes and tracking action items to ensure the CEO's preparedness for engagements. To excel in this role, you must possess a minimum of 10 years of industry experience, proven executive assistant capabilities, exceptional organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Your ability to adapt to US communication styles, work independently, and maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality will be essential. Flexibility to work in US time zones and familiarity with CRM software and project management tools are preferred.
