We at Artha Energy Resources are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Investment Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will support in evaluating potential investments and conducting market and financial research to support strategic decision-making. Responsibilities · Maintain accurate financial records by recording all transactions in the accounting system. · Prepare, review, and verify accounting documents, such as vouchers, invoices, and journal entries. · Perform reconciliations of bank accounts, general ledger, and subsidiary ledgers. · Prepare periodic financial statements, including profit and loss accounts, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. · Assist in generating reports and analysis for management decision-making. Accounts Receivable Management: · Oversee the collection process, ensuring timely invoicing and receipt of payments from clients. · Maintain and reconcile customer accounts, including the resolution of any discrepancies. · Follow up with clients on overdue invoices and issue reminders as needed.
