Key Responsibilities

• Assist in

  conceptualizing, designing, and detailing

  architectural and interior layouts for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
• Collaborate with senior architects, consultants, and vendors to ensure design intent and project quality.
• Prepare

  presentation drawings, working drawings, material boards, and mood boards

  .
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, ensure design compliance, and provide design-related inputs.
• Research and suggest innovative materials, finishes, and sustainable design solutions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including procurement, project management, and execution teams.

Desired Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in

  AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office

  (knowledge of Revit or 3D rendering software is a plus).
• Strong

  aesthetic judgment, detailing ability

  , and understanding of space planning.
• Good

  communication and presentation skills
