Executive Architect

As an Architectural and Interior Design professional at Ambuja, you will play a crucial role in the dynamic Projects team. Your strong design sensibility, attention to detail, and passion for creating experiential spaces will be key in transforming our projects into remarkable experiences. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in conceptualizing, designing, and detailing architectural and interior layouts for a variety of projects including residential, commercial, and hospitality spaces. - Collaborate closely with senior architects, consultants, and vendors to ensure that design intent is upheld and project quality is maintained. - Prepare presentation drawings, working drawings, material boards, and mood boards to effectively communicate design concepts. - Conduct regular site visits to oversee progress, ensure design compliance, and provide valuable design-related insights. - Research and recommend innovative materials, finishes, and sustainable design solutions to enhance project outcomes. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as procurement, project management, and execution teams to ensure smooth project execution. Desired Skills & Competencies: - Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office; knowledge of Revit or 3D rendering software is a plus. - Strong aesthetic judgment, detailing ability, and expertise in space planning. - Effective communication and presentation skills to articulate design ideas clearly. - Ability to manage multiple assignments concurrently and deliver projects within set timelines. - A collaborative mindset and a dedication to achieving creative excellence in every project undertaken.
