The principals have over 12 years of cumulative work experience.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Executive Architect located in Gurgaon. The Executive Architect will be responsible for assisting in architectural design, project development, and integration. Day-to-day tasks include designing, drafting, 3d modelling, estimation, site visits, and collaboration with senior architects on various projects. The role also involves coordinating with contractors and clients to ensure project requirements and deadlines are met.

Qualifications

• Skills in Architecture and Architectural Design
• Experience in Project Management
• Knowledge in Software Development and Integration
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Proficiency in architecture software such as AutoCAD and sketchup
• Familiarity with building codes and regulations
