* Responsible for South Asia & Middle East Market
* Business Development in South Asia & Middle East Market
* Timely follow-up for orders with Existing customers
* Payment follow-up with customer
* Customer support for sales related activities/ Timely response to customers about their request related to Sales/ Regulatory/or Statutory information.
* Preparing New customers/Agents details to create database in ERP
* ERP sales order management.
* Preparing Sample Request Form & follow up for samples.
* Preparing Proforma invoice if required.
* Giving back-end support to International markets.
* ISO folder handling (Sample format & New customer list)
* Achieving corporate sales goals by increasing revenue from existing clients and winning new clients.
* Full fill the customer requirement across the functional area.
* Extending the strong support & co-ordination with Asst. Manager/Sr Manager.
* Any other responsibility as and when delegated by Asst. Manager/Sr Manager.
* Should be a graduate
* Should be strong in communication
