The Role:

• Manage day-to-day B2C transport operations within Gujarat, ensuring timely and cost-effective deliveries.
• Coordinate with third-party transport vendors for vehicle placement, route planning, and delivery execution.
• Monitor vehicle movement, transit times, and resolve in-transit issues.
• Track shipments and maintain MIS for daily logistics activities.
• Handle customer complaints related to delivery delays or transport issues.
• Ensure adherence to safety, compliance, and quality standards in logistics.

• Work closely with the warehouse and order fulfillment teams for efficient dispatches.

Qualifications we look for:

• Any Graduate ( BE, B.Tech, B.Sc, BA)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics/transport operations, preferably in a B2C or e-commerce setup.
• Strong understanding of local transport routes across Gujarat.
• Good with Hindi communication.
• Proficient in MS Excel and basic logistics software/tools.
• Good coordination and vendor management skills.

• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.
