Key Responsibilities:Administrative: Manage day-to-day office operations and coordination. Handle correspondence, office supplies, and vendor management. Maintain records and files, both digital and physical. Assist in facility management and support services. Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and event logistics. Accounting: Handle daily entries of purchase, sales, receipts, and payments. Maintain ledgers, bank reconciliations, and petty cash management. Support in preparation of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns. Assist in invoicing, follow-ups, and basic financial reporting. Coordinate with external accountants or auditors when required. Key Skills Required: Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Familiarity with accounting software (Tally ). Understanding of basic accounting principles. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
