Executive - Accounts Receivables

Job Summary

The Accounts Receivables Executive is responsible for managing the companys incoming payments, ensuring timely collections, maintaining accurate records, and supporting financial reporting. This role plays a critical part in maintaining healthy cash flow and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Invoice Management

  :
• Generate and dispatch accurate invoices in a timely manner
• Track and monitor outstanding invoices and payment due dates

• Collections & Follow-Up

  :
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and mail to follow up on overdue payments
• Resolve billing discrepancies and escalate issues when necessary

• Record Keeping & Reconciliation

  :
• Maintain up-to-date records of all receivables and transactions
• Reconcile customer accounts and ensure accuracy in financial data

• Reporting & Analysis

  :
• Prepare aging reports and collection status updates for management
• Assist in month-end closing and financial reporting activities

• Client Coordination

  :
• Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to resolve client queries
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure smooth payment processes
