Executive- Accounts

Role & responsibilities:

• Managing the issuance and tracking of raw materials and packaging materials, ensuring accurate stock records in SAP
• MIRO in SAP for posting invoices related to goods receipt, ensuring that the cost of materials is recorded accurately.
• Bank Stock Audits /Monthly Stock audits statements.
• LPF Handling and tracking the LPF of Biscuits divisions for multiple factories
• Scrap MIS - Reporting and managing the scrap materials, likely through a system to track waste or unusable inventory for multiple factories.
• Stock Adjustments in SAP – Adjusting stock adjustments within the SAP system
• Inventory Ageing – Analysing inventory to track the age of products, identifying slow-moving or obsolete stock, which is critical for inventory management and cost control.
• Assisting in Audits – Supporting internal and external audits, gathering the necessary, documentation and providing information for review after consolidation.
• Issuance of debit notes to Vendors
