Role & responsibilities: 1. BSR Receipt from Production Department. 2. Material arrangement as per storage condition. 3. Preparing of Indent form & GRN for P2P Products 4. Maintain Stock Record of materials. 5. Monitored cleaning activity of warehouse and maintain the record. 6. To monitor the environmental condition and maintain the record. 7. Distribute to finished product as per sales order & tax invoice. 8. Maintain to dispatch related document with properly 9. Preparation of GRN for P2P Product. 10. Respond to queries related to products and deliveries. 11. Preparation of material inspection report and GRN. 12. To monitor the environmental condition and maintain the record 13. Communicate to Im & Logistics dept. to export / domestic Order dispatch 14. Packing List preparation in excel / word & ERP, handling of Internet 15. Monitor and implementation of cGMP and GDP practices in Warehouse department 16. Maintain NOC as per country wise Key Competency Required: 1. Honest, 2. Hard Working, 3. Growth Mindset 4. Relevant Experience in Formulation Pharmaceutical Plant. 5. Able to manage the Warehouse department. 6. Able to setup the Business.
