Job Description We are seeking a passionate and driven Academic Counselor/Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating and managing leads of prospective students interested in enrolling in our educational programs. Maintain and update the student database with accuracy and confidentiality Provide detailed and accurate information regarding courses, admissions, and program offerings Understand and address student queries, doubts, and concerns with empathy and clarity Identify and screen potential students to generate qualified leads for enrollment Respond promptly to voicemails, emails, and other forms of communication Handle all student interactions with professionalism and a student-first approach Collaborate with the admissions and marketing teams to achieve enrollment targets Requirements Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Marketing or Education background preferred) 1–3 years of experience in academic counseling, sales, or a similar role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to understand and explain course details clearly Goal-oriented with a strong customer service approach Familiarity with digital marketing concepts is a plus
