Job Description

As a member of the Finance team at bp, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely recording and resolution of employee expenses while maintaining adherence to policies and procedures. Your responsibilities will include: - Accountable for accurate and timely resolution of all employee expenses and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures for exceptional service and operational excellence. - Reconciliation of relevant systems to investigate and correct any discrepancies or variations. - Implementing standard methodologies for the expense process, identifying continuous improvement opportunities, and reporting gaps to the myExpense team lead. - Providing myExpenses related advice and information on demand. - Tracking and resolving outstanding issues and handling internal and external audits efficiently. To excel in this role, you are expected to have: - A Bachelor's Degree in Management, Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or a Diploma holder. - Experience in using ERP/tools like Concur, SAP, SNOW, and proficient skills in Excel.
