Job Discription-

Position Title

International Voice & Blended / Associate , Representative , Advisor

Package Upto - 3lpa to 8lpa

Qualifications / Requirements

Education: Minimum 12th pass / Graduate / Undergraduate (as per your companys standard)
Fresher's are welcome
Experience: • Minimum 6 months to 5Years experience in International Voice process (or customer support). • Exposure to blended processes (voice + chat/email) is preferred.
Excellent English verbal & written communication skills (neutral / clear accent, grammar).
Strong typing skills, speed & accuracy for chat/email.
Comfortable working in international time zones (US / UK shifts).
Ability to multitask across channels, manage time effectively.
Problem-solving attitude, patience, empathy, customer-first mindset.
Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends / holidays as per roster.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound (and possibly outbound) international calls from customers in [US / UK / Europe / etc.], resolving queries in a timely and professional manner.
Respond to customer queries via chat and/or email (blended process) in addition to voice.
