Exchange Online Management: Administering and configuring Exchange Online, including mail flow, mailboxes, distribution groups, and automation through PowerShell scripting.

User Management: Creating and managing user accounts, mailboxes, permissions, and mobile device management (MDM) solutions like Microsoft Intune.

Security & Compliance: Implementing security policies, managing data loss prevention (DLP), ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Overseeing system performance, resolving email delivery issues, and troubleshooting Exchange-related problems.

Backup & Recovery: Developing and implementing backup and disaster recovery strategies for Exchange Online.

Collaboration & Training: Providing training and documentation for employees on Microsoft 365 collaboration tools.
