The Legal & Recovery Executive is responsible for handling legal documentation, dispute resolution, overdue recovery, default management, and regulatory compliance in the chit fund business. The role involves coordinating with subscribers, legal counsel, authorities, and internal teams to ensure timely recovery and legally compliant operations.
Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of Chit Funds Act, 1982 and state-specific rules.
Experience in collections, legal recovery, and dispute resolution.
Ability to draft notices, agreements, and legal communications.
Familiarity with legal procedures (civil/criminal), arbitration, and recovery workflows.
Ability to conduct field recovery activities when required.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
