Job SummaryWe are seeking a smart, energetic, and confident female candidate for the role of Promotional Event Executive. She will be responsible for representing our organic products at counters, promotional booths, exhibitions, and events. The ideal candidate should be comfortable interacting with customers, explaining product benefits, and managing small-scale event logistics. Key ResponsibilitiesSet up and manage product counters at malls, stores, exhibitions, and organic fairs Engage with walk-in customers, explain product benefits, and offer samples or demos Drive product awareness and increase footfall at promotional events Coordinate with the event manager to ensure proper branding and material setup Collect feedback, maintain basic records, and report daily activities Represent the brand in a professional, warm, and eco-conscious manner Maintain cleanliness and appeal of the counter setup Help organize and support organic food awareness events, workshops, and exhibitions
