Events Manager

The ideal candidate for this position should be self-motivated with a go-getter attitude and possess a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience. Located in Okhla, Delhi, the primary duties of this role include strategic thinking to establish high-quality workshops in collaboration with partner healers and therapists. The Events Manager will be responsible for every aspect of the workshop, from setup to execution, ensuring complete accountability. This involves setting up workshops through calendar management, content packaging, workshop content publication, marketing, handling incoming inquiries and lead nurturing, outbound tele-calling to potential attendees, and managing the workshop day. Additionally, the Events Manager will collaborate with the content and marketing teams as needed, oversee the dedicated tele-caller for events, and take ownership of the profitability of each event.
