Event\Program Organizer

As a Junior Event\Programs Executive at TiE Chandigarh, you will play a crucial role in supporting and nurturing the local startup ecosystem in Chandigarh. Your responsibilities will include: - Assist in planning and developing programs and events for local entrepreneurs. - Conduct market research to identify key focus areas and opportunities. - Support the execution of programs and events, ensuring timelines and budgets are met. - Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth program delivery. - Build and maintain relationships with entrepreneurs, investors, industry experts, and other stakeholders. - Provide guidance and support to startup founders and aspiring entrepreneurs. - Evaluate the effectiveness of programs and gather feedback from participants. - Identify areas for improvement and collaborate with the leadership team to enhance program delivery. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in business administration, entrepreneurship, or a related field. - Experience in organizing events during college or university is highly desirable for fresh graduates. - Strong project management and communication skills. - Knowledge of the Chandigarh startup ecosystem. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
