Event/IP Lead Consultant

Role Overview: As an Events Consultant for Vogue Wedding Atelier at Cond Nast India, you will be responsible for spearheading the flagship event, The Vogue Wedding Atelier (VWA). Your role will involve conceptualizing, planning, executing, and measuring events that enhance brand presence, engage premium audiences, and drive tangible outcomes. The VWA is a curated luxury bridal showcase known for providing an elevated, high-touch bridal experience to ultra-high-net-worth clients, global tastemakers, and media. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain the VWA Calendar in collaboration with brand partners and internal stakeholders. - Serve as a strategic liaison with senior stakeholders to drive influence and collaboration across the market. - Plan, coordinate, and deliver the entire Vogue Wedding Atelier event, ensuring it meets the high standards of luxury, craftsmanship, and brand image. - Manage timeline, logistics, budgeting, vendor contracts, guest curation/invitations, and quality control. - Deliver an experience through style walk-throughs, masterclasses, curated sessions, brand-partner collaborations, and immersive elements. - Act as the central point of accountability between luxury designers, jewellery and beauty brands, service vendors, venue management, and VIP guests. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape the vision, positioning, and execution of the events portfolio. - Oversee concept-to-execution delivery of integrations, marketing, ensuring alignment with editorial vision and brand strategy. - Work closely with commercial and editorial teams to generate creative ideas and ensure alignment with partner brands" values. - Define themes, creative direction, positioning, and messaging in alignment with brand values. - Manage event logistics end-to-end, including venue, production, AV, dcor, branding, staffing, and guest management. - Plan, track budgets, and provide financial reporting for each event to maximize ROI and uphold brand standards. - Stay updated on event trends, experiential marketing innovations, and competitor best practices to enhance event experiences. Qualification Required: - Proven experience in conceptualizing, planning, and executing high-profile events with a focus on luxury and craftsmanship. - Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. - Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, timeline management, and vendor coordination. - Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas and ensure alignment with brand values. - Knowledge of event trends, experiential marketing, and competitor best practices to enhance event experiences.
