About the Role

Event Sales Manager

This is a key role for someone who understands how to connect with healthcare stakeholders and drive value through strategic event collaborations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and close sponsorship deals for healthcare conferences, summits, and hospital events
  • Build and manage relationships with hospitals, pharmaceutical companies, diagnostics brands, and other healthcare partners
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Collaborate with event and content teams to align sales with program value
  • Maintain and update CRM with leads, prospects, and pipeline activity

Candidate Requirements

  • 36 years of B2B event sales or sponsorship experience
  • Preferably from the healthcare, hospital, pharma, or diagnostics sector
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage sales targets
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and stakeholders is a plus
