Role Overview: As an Event Sales & Marketing Executive at our company, you will play a crucial role in generating sales and expanding our client base. Whether you choose to work full-time or on a commission basis, your motivation and passion for selling experiences will be key in achieving success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Generate leads and convert them into successful event sales - Sell and promote various types of events including Corporate Events, Weddings, Exhibitions, MICE, College Festivals, Product Launches, and more - Build and manage long-term relationships with clients, partners, and vendors - Develop and implement creative marketing strategies to enhance visibility and drive sales - Negotiate contracts and meet sales targets - Collaborate closely with the event operations team to ensure smooth execution of events Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in event sales, marketing, or business development is preferred but not mandatory - Possess excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills - Self-driven, ambitious, and target-oriented individual - Ability to effectively market services both online and offline If you are passionate about selling experiences rather than just events and aspire to grow in the dynamic field of event management, we are excited to hear from you!,
