Event Production Manager for South Delhi

Key Roles and Responsibilities

● Developing and refining outreach strategies to maximize event attendance and participation

● Ensuring effective communication and collaboration with all internal and external stakeholders

● Implementing strategies to attract and register potential business partners, clients, and attendees for the outreach events

● Utilizing various channels such as social media, email marketing, and promotional materials

● Identifying potential sponsors and negotiating partnership agreements. Ensuring fulfilment of sponsorship benefits and maintaining strong sponsor relationships

● Manage outreach team to ensure seamless execution

● Managing the budget allocated for outreach and event-related activities and Monitoring expenses and ensuring cost-effective strategies

● Responsible for Identifying and finalising event venue while overseeing logistics, ensuring the necessary materials required, coordinating event activities, all within a defined schedule

● Responsible to ensure that the event aligns seamlessly with and enhances the company's brand and messaging

● Manage all event data and save complete repository and know how to extract it when needed

● Conducting post-event evaluations and gathering feedback for continuous improvement

Knowledge Skills

● Education- Bachelor's degree preferably in Event Management/Mass communication

● Experience: 4 - 5 years, proven experience in corporate events

● Strong knowledge of planning and execution of corporate events

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
