Job Description: You will be joining HostIndia Events & Marketing Pvt. Limited, a 25-year-old reputed Corporate Events Company based in Bangalore, India. Your role as an Event Production Manager / Event Operations Manager will involve overseeing the planning, production, and execution of corporate events, with a special focus on Conferences. Your responsibilities will include managing event budgets, coordinating with vendors and clients, and ensuring effective communication and logistical support throughout the event lifecycle. You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver exceptional experiences that align with organizational objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the planning, production, and execution of corporate events, with a focus on Conferences. - Oversee event budgets and ensure financial efficiency. - Coordinate with vendors and clients to meet event requirements. - Provide effective communication and logistical support during all stages of the event. - Collaborate with clients to deliver exceptional event experiences that meet organizational objectives. Qualifications: - Minimum 1-2 years of experience and knowledge in Corporate Events Planning, Production & Operations. - Expertise in vendor management and strong relationships related to Event Production, Conference Audio Visuals, Stage, Event Set-up, etc. - Excellent communication skills and experience in client servicing. - Ability to effectively manage multiple projects, travel, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.,
